1. What exactly is a Mystery Scoop?
A Mystery Scoop is a fun, surprise bundle of our products! We offer different tiers (Basic, Large, Mega, Premium, and Jewellery). Depending on the size you choose, we physically "scoop" a mix of matching items for you. Our larger scoops even include special Mystery Balls!

2. Can I customize what goes into my scoop?
While the exact items are a surprise, we want you to love your scoop! On the product page, you can select your preferred size and color palette. You can also leave specific requests in the custom notes field, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate them based on our current inventory.

3. How do I pay for my order?
To keep things smooth and secure, we are currently accepting Prepaid UPI Payments manually via WhatsApp.

• Step 1: Add your scoop to the cart and complete the checkout process on our website.

• Step 2: You will be prompted to send your Order ID to our official WhatsApp number.

• Step 3: We will reply with our Google Pay/PhonePe QR code.

• Step 4: Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin packing your scoop!

5. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of ₹100 for Pan India. For orders shipping to North East states, the total shipping cost is ₹150 (applied as a ₹50 regional surcharge when you select your region on the product page, plus the standard ₹100 at checkout).

6. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, currently we only process prepaid orders. Because our Mystery Scoops are curated specifically for you, we require payment upfront before your order is packed and shipped.

7. What is your return and refund policy?
Because of the surprise nature of the Mystery Scoops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care to pack every order with ample bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to keep your items safe. However, because transit handling by courier partners is out of our control and all scoops are custom-curated, we operate on a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Replacement policy—even for transit damage. We appreciate your understanding and support for our small business policy!
