We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges on mystery items if you do not receive a specific preferred accessory. We carefully curate every single scoop to ensure it is packed with value, quality, and fun.
Damaged or Defective Items We inspect every item before it goes into your box, but we know things can occasionally happen in transit. We will gladly work with you to make it right!
Lost or Stolen Packages Bubble and Bow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
